Each Bracelet is made with Natural stones and Strong Stretch cord.
Cord is durable but not indestructible. Made to handle regular wear. Do not over stretch or wear in the shower. If your bracelet gets wet, dry off asap.
Its best to slide bracelet over hand and onto wrist.
Measure your wrist just passed the bone.
Add half inch for a tighter fit or one inch for a loose fit.
Standard size is 7 inch.
